    This place was reliable until a few years ago today it is nothing more than a headache if you return something that is defective they open a huge investigation it is very frustrating to repair a punctured tire They give you an appointment in the next 15 days if You never call someone answers the phone from now on I will never buy here again.

  • Lovely person in customer service

    I talk to a young lady named Jona - (I think that is how she spelled her name) about and item missing from my pickup order here in Rockford Il - she was an absolute delight to talk to and assured my problem would be solved . I think the corporate office needs to give her a raise!

  • Customer Service--Creme of the Crop

    I ordered a Muddy Striker Box Blind from the Blain's store in Baraboo, Wisconsin. It was shipped to South Louisiana. Upon receiving it, I noticed a few deficiencies. I took a couple of pictures and sent them to the manager of the Baraboo store. (Jack) He responded within a day, and he and I agreed that the deficiencies occurred during shipping. The following day, I got a call from the manufacturer and was told they would be shipping the parts out by Wednesday. (two days later). The following morning I got a call from customer service, and I believe it was from corporate. The lady I spoke to said she had reviewed some emails between myself and Blain's, and she wanted to rectify the issue by offering me a credit on the amount I paid for the item. Within two days, it was credited to my account and the total was very, very generous. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to share this experience because it was the very best customer care I've experienced in a very long time.
