  • Poor Customer Service Again!

    Had vinyl flooring installed February 2024 and was told would be a half day job that took 8 hours in total with work being outsourced by employees that did not speak english (I don't speak Spanish). Their interpretor came 1st and one more time while they worked and brought their lunch for 40 minutes stop time. I was concerned about door rubbing in the hall and called after 1 week and was told Shawn would call me back in 1 hour. After 2 days I called again and was told by Shawn not to use the hall closet since doors were dragging and warranty would be void. That is where I get towels to shower! Work should have been done while on property since the other hall door doesn't drag and they had the rotor saw set up and it could have been done in seconds and been satisfactory. Shawn told me that they don't do that and I have to hire my own handyman to get the doors shaved down. Crappy customer service again at work. God know what will happen if I EVER have to file a warranty claim. Salesman and installers NEVER brought up the possible issue or issue after installation of the doors. I have since hired a handyman to the tune of $220 additional dollars to have the doors fit so they do not rub on the floors any longer. So hopefully my warranty will stand up now!

  • Two months of half finished and defective flooring and no end in sight!

    I hired 50 floor to install all new Lvp in my condo. The contractor walked off the job with job not finished, then new installer comes and says floor needs leveling. They tear up flooring and poured cement and lay new flooring only to tell me this flooring is defective and that is why both installation attempts have felled. Now it has been two months and I am still waiting for good flooring to be installed. And they have left me with my floors torn up , doors and trim not installed and they refuse to set new date for new flooring to be installed!! Even though I have paid for the flooring!! 13 thousand dollars worth of flooring!

  • Excellent service and product

    Loved the ease and convenience of the initial appointment. Our representative was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The carpet was in prior to the anticipated date and I was able to get it installed quickly. Installers did a great job. 50 floors was very attentive to our satisfaction and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

  • Would rehire in the future!

    Great customer service with sales, Install went great, they made everything super easy with moving large furniture for us, cleaning up after install and hauling away old material. My only critique was communication was a little off day of appointment, was not notified that installer was going to be late so they installed everything super late at night which was a bit inconvenient with having smaller kids, but other than that It was perfect and I would use them again. Super affordable and great service overall.
