  • Poor after sales service

    I purchased 5 Helios fans despite it’s higher price under impression that fans will be of best quality and now I regret my decision as two fans are not working properly and after sale service is very poor and unsatisfactory. Their engineers /authorised rep are unable to curb the problem and I have been following it up with customer care for one week but nothing is done. This way we are unable to use fans in two rooms. This thing has defeated the purpose for which such an expensive fan was purchased.

  • Please do not buy this junk, Not responsible customer support

    I got product last year and had issue in two months usage and for the ticket raised on customer support the technician in locality had inspected the issue and said there is a component issue got which he told the company will send that component and get it repaired but never returned or contacted me later. This year when I raised another support request the ticket was closed even without the technician visit or issue investigation. I strongly recommend not to go for USHA products or this product especially.
