Motion is an AI-powered task management app that automatically reorders tasks when meeting times change. The desktop app is highly recommended, but the lack of push notifications on the mobile app is a drawback. Users also requested an iPad optimized version and better account registration process. Despite some limitations, Motion is praised for its auto-scheduling, intuitive rescheduling, and ability to keep tasks organized. However, issues with customer support and the lack of refunds have been reported. Overall, Motion helps users stay ahead, improve productivity, and manage complex schedules.

Itâs not worth the $228 a year or $34/month. If it was reasonably priced Iâd be all in. There are other, much cheaper and yet effective ways for me to be productive.
Tried to sign up and register but it kept prompting me for new Gmailâs or outlook accounts and bouncing me between the app and website with no actual service or functionality.
Motion is a true lifesaver. I donât know what I would do without it. It keeps my tasks nicely organized on my calendar without me having to do anything. Brilliant.
This app is so useful when you have a crazy busy personal and professional schedule. It really does help me stay on track better and everything is easily accessible in one place.
Phenomenal app. I have issues with execution and decision paralysis and I just throw all my tasks in there and leave the decisioning to the app. And itâs kept me ahead.
Still a little lag and not as flexible/complex as it was, but as an individual it helps me understand how much I can realistically work on in a given period of time.
