  • Awful app, but living here is worse

    The app is almost useless, it’s full of glitches and has one of the worst interfaces I’ve ever seen. What’s even worse is the management company themselves, they are scammers. The building I lived in was terrible, nothing ever worked and security was nonexistent. Even worse, they illegally raised our rent. Avoid at all costs.

    I have yet to have a problem with this app! We love the accessibility and functionality of it. We are able to pay rent; input service requests (usually fixed day of); they post anything that is to happen that we need to know about. I for one enjoy the app and think it is a great addition during Covid when you really don’t want face-to-face interaction. Thanks again!

  • Unreliable and Poorly Designed

    This all is designed really poorly. It's difficult to find anything you need in it and it basically functions like a web shell. Many essential features are missing.

  • UDR knows how to make things worse

    Aside from the login issues, the app removed the message board. Words cannot express the depth of UDR disregard for residents rights, quality of life and wellbeing.

    This app blows. For some unknown reason my password doesn’t work and it won’t generate a new one. Should have stuck with active building.

  • The Worst App Ever

    3 months in row I’ve been spending hours trying to open an account and then simply pay my rent. They had me running around to the post office because their app is down. 3 months later the app is down again nightmare experience, shame on UDR!!
