This has been the approach that has helped me stay consistent and even when I have little time I can adapt my session! After 300 + sessions I can say I would not have this much progress on my own.
Organized and detailed workout app thatâs great for all levels, good videos on how to perform all the warmups and exercises
I use to use this app on and off for 5 years- especially in the wintertime when I couldnât get outside to jog and I really enjoyed it. I signed up and cancelled without problems. Recently I signed back up and then cancelled- and was charged over $100 after cancelling. I reached out asking for a refund since I cancelled, and was told they donât give refunds regardless of the situation. ??? Iâve never had a problem with being overcharged by Freeletics before, theyâve changed their policies and procedures. Also I donât even have access to the Freeletics features that they charged me for. Iâm soooo sad about this.
Getting rid of free workouts was a terrible idea. Literally takes the FREE out of Freeletics but yâall do you I guess. Uninstall and will no longer promote in the calisthenics community.
Love the app but no one wants to be forced to subscribe to get the basic workouts back weâve already had them. Let us be
Seriously. Keeps interrupting my workouts and then losing my place in that session. Stay very very far away.
