    Great compliments to Louis on his commitment to deliver our request, support our group meeting and stay arrangement. We enjoyed the stay with very helpful hotel staff efficiently handling our check-in, check-out and airport transfer.Breakfast and lunch at Viet Kitchen, meals and drinks serve at Club Lounge are good.

  • Amazing Experience at the Saigon Renaissance Hotel

    Just spent several days at the Renaissance Hotel by Marriott. Wonderful time spent entertaining and holding Round Table Discussions with our Customers from around the world. The ballroom was the perfect location to meet with our customers and Dung Tran and Minh Nhat helped us in every way possible to exceed our customers expectations. Room accommodations were excellent and provided a restful nights sleep… so I highly recommend this location and it’s accommodations…Look forward to visiting again soon,Brad

  • Great for business and pleasure

    Great location, friendly people and awesome breakfast! I was in HCMC for business and also introducing a colleague to Vietnam for the first time. Staff where very welcome and helpful and the location allowed us to easily see the main part of down town HCMC as-well as easy access to our office.The hotel is also just opposite the river walkway, great for an early morning jog.

  • Renaissance Riverside Hotel

    The hotel is located within district one of Ho Chi Minh city which is the best place to stay if you are looking to shop and eat. From the hotel you can see the river and great view of the city. The service of the hotel was great and I would like emphasize the importance since it is valuable when you need the help of the hotel staff to get around when you are not fluent in the local language. Since the hotel is in district one everything is walking distance or 10-15 minutes away in taxi. Traffic is heavy in Ho Chi Minh city so the location of the hotel is extremely important.

  • Outdated room

    To my surprise that the room at this hotel was so outdated and only a tiny picture for the whole room. I got the upgraded room which had 2 rooms. One room was like a living room with wet-bar and separate bathroom but no picture on the wall just bare walls. The furnitures looked cheap not for 5 stars hotel.The lounge had limited choices of food during the happy hour.The decoration in the lobby was ok
