  • Brinks home security would not service…

    Brinks home security would not service my system that was malfunctioning for over 18 months. They would never credit me any of the amount for the service not functioning, and then filed with a debt collector. It is terrible service and terrible customer service. Please beware.

  • Will straight up lie to you

    If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s great service when they install but once you’re a customer they could care less. Lie about updating your service without renewing your contract. Just get a ring doorbell. Brinks security is not worth your money or time. Nothing works as it should.

  • Bumperklever en middelvinger opstekende chauffeur

    Eind november 2023 een bumperklevende, snijdende en middelvinger opstekende chauffeur van Brinks tegen gekomen op de snelweg. Na een schriftelijke klacht geen enkele reactie van Brinks. Ongelooflijk.

    Shocking company. No regard for data protection laws. Avoid.Update- Even the email the say to use is fake. Emails just bounce back as undeliverable due to security policy! Absolutely shocking.
