  • This residence Inn is undergoing renovation, and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms. They are very nice and the renovation has been very well executed. Every staff member I have been in contact with has greeted me every time they saw me, said hello and good morning, and were extremely helpful. The breakfast here is better than at other Residence Inns, and the breakfast team is super friendly. It’s well located to the convention center and walkable to lots of great restaurants. Definitely a good value.Rooms: The newly renovated rooms are great.Food & drinks: Free breakfast, no other restaurant or bistro, but there is a CVS next-door, and several walkable restaurants.

  • We were very pleased with our stay in a double queen suite. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The temperature controls were good. We were not inconvenienced by the remodeling efforts. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and was clean. The location was great for a training I attended and sightseeing around the mall, monuments, and memorials.

  • I recently stayed here for a week and had a great time. I think I was in a brand new room, super clean and big. The water pressure was good and very hot. Breakfast was better than I expected, with coffee, Juice, cereal, bagels and toast. There were also some hot options too. The area is very close to the White House/ museums and lots of nice restaurants and a few bakeries. I would stay here again if I came to DC.Walkability: Close to many sites like the White House and National Mall.

  • Awesome front desk staff and very accommodating.The rooms are quite dated and road noise (on second floor facing the Wash Circle) went on all night. Sirens, truck horns, car horns. Probably the worst night of sleep I’ve had in a hotel this year.Wouldn’t stay again due to noise.
