  • paper feed problems

    Professional quality prints, both color and detail. BUT there are continual paper feed problems. Tells me paper is out when it's full. Have to try over and over to get it to work. False paper jam messages. I bought this to replace another brand which had maddening problems. At least the epson has a narrower range of problems. Also, sucks yellow and light gray ink like an open drain. Expensive ink, too.

  • BEWARE

    Printer did not print from the start. Ink cartridges that came with it were almost empty. Called Epson Tech Support and they informed us that this printer was no longer covered by warranty and there was nothing they could do to help us. WHY ARE ITEMS BEING SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY????

  • printer stopped working 9 months after buying

    the printer worked great for what I needed it to do until today when I replaced the last ink cartage and the printer got stuck in recognizing and started to spray ink inside the printer. went to look for support thinking it would have at least a year warranty, but no they scam you with only a short 2 months of it. Also just to point out I had to return the first one I was sent because the trey was stuck and wouldn't come out.

  • Didn't expect an error with a brand new printer

    The printer couldn't charge the ink cartridges right off the bat.if you can't charge them it makes the printer useless,because you can't test print and you can't get into print settings on the touchscreen attachment of the printer.I was using the print cartridges that came with the printer.Error 000042

  • Did not appreciate getting a Latin Printer when I live in the US

    I received a latin version of the Epson printer which created all kinds of problems in registering it. The serial # is not recognized by Epson and I can't register through them. When I purchase an Epson product I expect to be able to have a warranty through Epson but since it is a Latin product I am not able to. That was not obvious on the Amazon order.
