  • Staff at this hotel were 5 star. The location relative to food and activities was great. Our shower leaked horribly, and the pillows left something to be desired for me. Andre was captain of happy hour and we enjoyed his service and attitude towards customer satisfaction. He was there for it! Overall, it was a great stay.

  • We had an incredible stay! Our flight got cancelled and Kadija scrambled and found another room for us to stay one more night. Whatever we needed or had questions about, the staff was quick with a smile and an answer. 10/10 recommend!Nearby activities: Walking distance from Herald Square and the 34th St Subway station.

  • Took 45 min to check in, put in a room below dining so woke up to people eating at 7 am then switched rooms, took 15 min at bar that day to get a drink, new room has a huge clump of hair in the shower and dirt in the sheetsRooms: Big but dirty
