  • Amazing book!

This book is amazing for an overthinking person. Before reading this book I would think myself into a state of depression, after reading this book I have learned so many different ways to cope with my thinking. I have also came to realization that all my hurt and ill feelings stem from my own brain and I am slowly learning to turn off all my thinking, thanks to this amazing book!

  • Amazing Read

The book was simple and a quick read. Basic principles written well and several insightful pieces to share with others. This book did change the way I look at my thinking (overthinking / over analyzing) and made me hope to change. Just as the book states - it is not up to us to figure out the how but simply put what we want into the universe. I hope that one day my mind calms and allows me to be happy without over thinking myself into a depressed or fearful state. Thank you J. Nguyen

  • Great read

I read this book to help my clients. I helped me too! What causes suffering-our thinking about the random thoughts that come to our minds. Simple yet profound. Knowing this, we can let go of thinking and focus on the present. It is in the present that we find peace.
