    Hannah on WhatsApp was fab! Really helpful! I’d put in the wrong meter readings and had been charged an extortionate amount, the phone lines were closed so I thought I’d try WhatsApp. At first a boy came up so I didn’t bother writing back so decided to ring the day after. The Hannah answered and she was fab! Sorted the issue within 5 minutes and updated straight away! Thank you ☺️
