There is lots of great information packed into this book. I found myself bookmarking topics from several chapters to go back and review. I liked the examples and illustrations to explain detailed topics—lots of content to drill down on and use to build and grow online offers.

This book has blown me away. It provides clearly defined concepts that beginners to advanced eCommerce sellers need to know or remind themselves of. There is so much 'noise' out there right now with everyone claiming to be an expert and offering 'training' courses, I've found the whole subject overwhelming, however, this book IS the real deal, and as the author says the tactics in the book will be relevant now and in the future.
If you want to know more about how to get your eCommerce website to sell more, this is an excellent book full of great suggestions.
If you don't know about these things be prepared to pack in a lot of effort to get results but at least you have a book that gives you plenty of ideas about what you should be doing.
Although it's packed with heaps of information and some technical stuff, it's easy to understand as Peter Pru presents everything in a logical, flowing manner. For me, this is going to be a game-changer, and having consumed it in just 2 sittings, the roadmap for my already established eCommerce business is crystal clear.
I'd recommend anyone with an eCommerce business, whether you're a newbie or an experienced hand, to read this.
