    I ran into a problem with Paychex not filing a tax assessment, they still have not fixed it after a month. It's impossible to get someone to take this matter seriously, even though their mistakes have cost me thousands in penalties and interest.

  • The worst company

    The worst company. They deletes your data when your employer goes out of business, this makes it impossible to get your data. This also means you'll need to file a paper tax form which takes much longer to process. Impossible to get someone on the phone.

    The worst company to work with. Hold times 20+ minutes. All over seas chat. Spent 5 hours just trying to get a 401k moved. Website isn't working. A complete let down.
