  • dribble pump makes buying expensive hand soap a little less of a positive experience

    Same great hand soap as I have purchased before, but BIG problem with the pump. Every time you push the pump it produces some soap (more than previous bottles of the product) and then it dribbles a blob of soap down the front of the bottle.

    Thanks Jo Malone (or your company owner) for cheapening the bottle. $40+ for a bottle of premium hand soap and it dribbles on the bottle and on the sink? I'll know NOT to throw out the good pumps from my previous bottles of the product. Or maybe I'll just buy something else next time.
