This place is HUGE. You cannot see it all in one day. You must plan more days. The local Spanish artist are well represented. Highly recommend with plenty of time.
Lots and lots of paintingsWe saw one Picasso and one Rembrandt There was a whole room of trinkets and treasures in a top floor room that were interesting and beautiful
A must see attraction, plenty to see, got the ticket from internet, save time for more time to check out all art works.
An excellent Collection of artwork The highlight and busiest being Picasso Guernica. An interesting art work rem free in the evening
El Prado is everything that can be expected from a world class museum. Great classics, chock full of Goyas & Velazquez & so much more. Highly recommend.
The building is drab and the "art" is awful. The painters might be famous but that doesn't improve the art.It hasn't changed in the 50 years since I last visited here.
