Justin Jassim, a 4 star hotel and it's very smoky, and smoky doesn't allow it. Room attention is limited for purpose only, when you order a bottle of water, you are supposed to buy it with a bottle for sale for the high price. In the operating room, you need to prepare and operate the shower, which will flood the entire place. The impression I got, stinginess in caring for the guests. I would have liked to come back here, but the other problems have been obvious for a long time

I would like to thank the hotel management for the wonderful and good effort on the system and the founding structure of the hotel. I would like to thank the Ev Jard for the cleanliness of the swimming pool and for maintaining its health in the conditions of the hygiene of the swimming pool and for maintaining its health in the conditions of hygiene. Our family stayed here one week. The staff were brilliant and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. Special thanks for housekeeping every day they made for us the little touches of towel swans and boats .The food was lovely and fresh and changed/varied daily which suited us and the restaurant staff were fantastic. The pools were cleaned daily but there were no heaters so water was cold. The animation team were absolutely amazing and always made sure the children were joining in and having fun and never bored.

Myself and my sister stayed here for a week with our children. The staff were brilliant and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. Yasser and Mido from the animation team made very good friends with the children and gave them the best holiday so much that they want to go back to stay at the hotel again. We didn't see many reviews from English people but we can say for sure we will be returning! Thank you so much

We booked 2 rooms 4 nights at the Parrotel aqua park resort, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality, we didn't expect the hotel to be that good,food was great and tasty,in terms of cleaning I think the housekeeping was doing his best to make us happy and the staff of the hotel are well trained and extremely friendly.Special thanks to Mr Samir the reservation manager for upgrading our rooms and made us very welcome at the hotel when he found out that my dad with us is partially blind.Honestly I would recommend this hotel for family's as it is very nice.Well done all staff at the Parrotel aqua park hotel.Laura@Medhat

The resort is ideal for a family trip with lots of things to do. Both management and Staff are amazing and very very friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Despite being quieter due to COVID19 situation, there were still many families who were visiting the resort and there were clear guidelines for social distancing, provision of masks, sanitizers, regular cleaning, etc. I would definitely recommend this resort and don’t think a 5 is high enough rating for this awesome place. This will certainly be a place that I will hopefully visit again...
