This stuff is amazing. I use several toners & essences, but this one always goes on first under whatever else I use on any given day.
Sometimes I use this on a cotton pad to make sure I’ve gotten every last bit of cleanser off my face; sometimes I just splash this on clean skin. My sensitive/rosacea skin soaks it up without a hint of irritation. When I get out of the shower, I can feel the skin on my face start to tighten up within a minute. If I splash some of this toner on my skin, it feels so much better, and stays hydrated long enough for me to towel off, get dressed, etc. I’m no longer in a rush to beat my drying skin.
Getting such a large bottle for the price is pretty great, too.

recently picked this back up after about a year of trying different toners, my last one had pretty much the same ingredients as this one, but this one is still the best. not even a week later after finally getting back to using this one, and my face has instantly been smooth looking, acne scars have looked a lot more faded, the few pimples i was starting to get were tamed, and the overall face feel is a lot more "normal", instead of overly moisturized/oily/sticky.

i have combination dry-to oily skin, acne, scars, and this one just works. i do cleanser, toner, ampoule/serum (if i have one, i like the manyo ampouple, but it's expensive so i only get it 2 or 3 times a year as a quick monthly treatment), then a snail mucin essence, and this keeps my skin in check and looking soft and smooth. been a long skincare journey, but this has massively helped my very bad acne and scarring. this bottle lasts close to a year, and have been using it for about 4 years at this point.

My favorite facial skin care product. Cleanses, moisturizes and evens out skin tone well.

The bifida toner ampoule is a total game changer. This is my first time integrating bifida. That HUGE bottle was only $20.

In a Dec 2023 PubMed study the results of a bifida were: "Bifida can strengthen the skin barrier function and stimulate skin barrier resistance, to reinforce the skin against oxidative stress and inflammatory stimuli."

Bifida Ferment Lysate is a fermented ingredient so if you have fungal acne, best to patch test.

Not my first bottle and definitely not the last. I keep coming back to this toner—it’s gentle, hydrating, and my skin just loves it!

I saw this in a review by James Welch. I am addicted to toners and this is a nice one because it is a spray bottle. It's very hydrating and has a pleasant botanical smell. I like to the way it hydrated my skin
