Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and overall quality of experience with this place. Their prices are exorbitant and not competitive in the least. I decided to go to another flooring business, Rock Bottom, and got much better customer service and price for the same quality. I would NOT recommend Kemps !! My advice is to shop around.

Iโm am so elated with Kempโs work! Our new carpet is absolutely stunning! They were able to work with our tight time crunch and they got the job done very efficiently and fast! That square you see on top of the floor is what little they had left over! Seriously phenomenal! I would definitely use them again if I have any more flooring needs!
