A friend of mine used the learning from the book to get rid of left arm pain and constipation. The Author also conducts classes on acupressure(check facebook page PS Lalitha Art of Healing) . I have attended the author's classes on Sujok acupressure (basic and meridian classes ) and found them to be useful. Only improvement could be 1) adding 1 or 2 pages on how the hand is mapped onto various organs of the body. Although the book contains the pictures of hand to organ mapping - a written descr...
