  • Niet ontvangen

    Ik had een bundel besteld waarin ik de blender zou krijgen, samen met de sleeve. Ik heb alleen de blender gekregen, de sleeve zat er niet bij. Ook heb ik twee dagen na mijn andere bestelling de drinkdop bijbesteld, dit was namelijk een cadeau voor mijn vriend, maar de drinkdop was in eerste instantie uitverkocht. Goed, twee dagen later bijbesteld (16 & 18 december) en die dag kwam dus ook de blender, zónder sleeve binnen. Toen heb ik gemaild, maar hier nooit antwoord op gehad. Ook heb ik nooit de drinkdop ontvangen, wat in principe gewoon losstaat van mijn andere bestelling. Echt een zooitje en wel mijn geld kwijt, want ik krijg geen contact. Heel erg jammer, want de blender zelf doet het heel goed en is mijn vriend ontzettend blij mee, maar bestellen doe ik niet weer.

    De BK hydrate waterfles is voor mij de perfecte oplossing op mijn werk om voldoende zuiver water te drinken. Apparaat werkt goed met handige functies. Heel blij mee en zeker een aanrader.
