The roofing crew was proactive identifying areas where the gutter crew might have a problem. These were fixed and everything went on without a problem. Put roof on mother's house at lower price with quality materials and fast service. No Issues at this time and would consider using for future jobs.A small section of the roof installed on my mother's house developed a leak after the windstorm that hit the state in August. We decided not to call and would wait to see if it would happen again and it did after last week's wind/rain storm. I called Apek on behalf of my mother and the receptionist was polite and understanding and relayed my contact information so someone could come inspect the damage. I received a call back within 12 hours from Jesus and based on my description of the leak he already knew the area and the possible cause. Jesus observed at the initial roof installation that the old shingles were designed to be bent at a 90 degree angle, so that they could go up a vertical wall, while the new shingles were not. He made a repair recommendation that would have prevented any leaks but it was declined because of financial reasons. Jesus had detailed notes, pictures and all relevant information on this installation and the inspection lasted only 5 minutes. He was very understanding of my mother's situation and offered to fix the leak by installing the previously declined materials free of charge. They installed new siding. Saleman Don was excellent. Install had a few minor issues but issues can happen and I judge a company on how they respond when issues occur. They responded right away and sent over the supervisor. Work was done same day. Work now looks professional which is why I selected Apex.

Simple process to get my roof repaired. Everything was explained to me clearly and information was provided. The thing that I like the most is that all the people that worked on my roof or their employees. No subcontractors. That tells me they back their work and you only have one person to go to if you have issues.

Just had our whole roof replaced by them and we are 100% satisfied!
