  • Extremely disappointed

    Digit Team couldn’t process a simple travel insurance claim. After one month they still couldn’t refund the entire insurance amount. Will definitely suggest all to skip Digit if you are really looking for hassle free claims. Their representative close the conversation while you are waiting for their response. Completely unhelpful and unreliable

  • Extremely shady business practices

    I never got any message about the expiry of the car insurance.
    Further, when I tried on the website from my phone it says the policy is already renewed.
    Then, I download the app and it says please contact the nearest office!!!
    What’s the point in opting for online insurance?
    They only need creamy polices???

  • Worst claims experience

    I had been admitted for a surgery and digit agent arrived at the hospital for verification. They collected all the documents and sent an email saying cashless claim has been declined and that they couldn’t verify my admissibility.

    I’m applying for a reimbursement claim now. Lets see how that goes. I have a 25l policy and this is unnecessary stress while I’m hospitalized dealing with a surgery.

    Utterly disappointed. I’d recommend others to look for other options.
