    This is the most pathetic experience ever! The app is fine from front end side, but integrations are not working at all! I could not pay via Apple Pay, card payment is also not working. Also you have limited banks for the net banking! And DEWA web site is the same - payments are not working also! Do you want me to send you money with a pigeon??

    When i relocated to Dubai i found that getting a new connection is so much easier and hassle free than anywhere else in the world. Using your mobile you can reach out so much option which is available in DEWA App. Great service and great app. Keep it up

  • Unable to Login

    Most of the apps available in UAE including banking app and other apps, after an update we lose the login credentials or unable to login with our user id and password. Why after the update app can’t recognise the user or how it loses the user credentials. It’s not even attempting for a face recognition which was enabled earlier. And the sad part is we don’t remember our password always as there are 100s of websites and apps where we use different passwords. I need to go for a forgot password option to retrieve my password. Tried with all knows password. Don’t whether my password is wrong or user id is wrong as it doesn’t prompt anything. In fact it’s automatically showing the existing user id and password but still not login in. Totally fed up.
