  • Why oh why Updates All the Time?

    Continuously require update and you cannot use the app without downloading updates first. In a country where 1 GB of data cost $10 these endless daily and weekly updates has been a massive painful and costly ordeal for your average joe. 1 Star ⭐️ for sure for all the endless inconveniences caused.

  • Worst App Ever!

    I paid a bill using this app 1.5 months ago but the bill still shows unpaid. And even after repeated follow ups and sending numerous emails mentioning them my bank statement, account details, DSG transaction number. Still the amount is not reflected as paid! If it becomes so cumbersome to use then why create an app in the first place. Really frustrating and disappointing!

  • Took wrong move out date!!

    I had a horrible experience with this app. Had requested for a move out date in future. This app took current and DEWA people came and disconnected my electricity. For 19 hours my family was without electricity only because of this app and DEWA was not able to resolve the issue!

    You can’t pay without logging in very complicated i had to go to pay personally in du shops even when you place your account number they will ask you to log in with email and password and uae pass to pay ..

    They should make easy pay that you place only your account number and pay
