Very friendly hotel food was amazing very clean and homely the animation team were outstanding especially Sasha. Location is great opposite the beach. The bar is very generous ( double vodkas ) would highly recommend considering the price. Oh and the weather was amazing!

Awful hotel. Run down old. Needs money spending on it. Very outdated. Got told cant have a bottle filled up for the baby with juice only a glass...stupid. will fill somones flask full of beer but when i asked for a bottle to be filled with juice for a BABY. I got refused so had to complain. Upon arrival toilet flush didnt work. Air con was really poor. No tables n chairs on the balcony. Very very stressful 1st day. Brilliant holiday
Visited in june with the family, hotel was clean an tidy, bar staff very friendly an remembered what you liked to drink. Food was well prepared and had alot of choice, my children loved the cakes and made gd use of the choice screams available. The best part of our holiday was definitely the entertainment team, made us feel so welcome and was brilliant with the children, couldn't do enough to make their holiday special

Great stay and positive people
We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel :) The whole crew was brilliant! We really loved these people. They are very helpful and positive. You can also ask for assistance and get help he answer right away. Animators were doing an awesome job. We started our day with joga and end up with crazy dances on the pool:) The rooms were really nice with a beautiful view on the swimming pool and the sea. My staying: 7 nights.For a solo adventuring traveller ok, if you are used to low level living. Not a family hotel or for any luxury staying. Some towels were dirty already. There has been a leak above the room, so there was some temporary plywood on the ceiling.The mattress was not good.And this was "one of the nicest rooms".There is some improvements in the hotel going on, but no-one tells you before when they are coming to your room...They do currency change only to dinaars, not back to origi...

Without the workers, this hotel would have been a 1 star. Aussema (lifeguard), Amir (entertainment), Abdeslam (waiter) and Dhia (chef) are extremely hardworking and provide very good customer service every time.
