    The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! they are rude! They talk fast! Reading from a paper!! All they do is answer the phone, they put tickets in to solve problems, but there’s no one looking at the tickets!!! They never know what’s going on!!

    I have called customer service for three days in a row to get my account fixed. Gave all the information they asked for and was told it would be 24-72 hours. It's been 72 hours now they tell me it will be Monday before it's fixed.
