Please don't buy any being transactions from amazon. They have cancelled my order for £500.dexided someone broke into my account. The order is not visable on my account. Only emails with confirmations are left. Now they don't want to return my money. I've confirmed to order with my bank so they want refund me
I have been a long time member of Amazon Prime. I used to place orders and always received them within 1-2 days. Once the pandemic hit, it apparently gave businesses an excuse to slack off on customer service. The 2 day guarentee changed to a 2 day approximate, and we would get items that ran a day or 2 late once a month or so. Back in August 2023 I ordered 2 laptops, not a cheap order it was about $2700. They were both ordered from the same amazon store and delivery to the same address. On day 2 one laptop arrived, but not the other. Although it was odd since they should have shipped together I let it slide since my account said it was delayed in transit to be delivered the next day. I contacted them on chat at the end of day 3 when it said delayed in transit again. They promptly lied to me and said it was in the system and would be dropped off on day 4. At the end of day 4 I was told after a very lengthy chat with 2 CS reps that "they didn't know where the item was but not to worry this happens sometimes" I told them I was going to be out of town on business over the weekend but the amazon store still had the item in stock saying it could be there the next day. They said they couldn't do that because the other one had shipped even though they didn't know where it was. They said there was nothing they could do just give it another day. So day 5 comes no delivery CS reps 5 and 6 both lie to me but I finally get CSR 6 a "supervisor" to "put a stop on the order and refund my money withing 48 hours" I ordered the same item from walmart+ and received it in less than 2 days. The refund that was supposed to be returned in 48 hrs took CS rep #7 on day 15 to finally process the refund. I saved all of the chat logs and highlighted where CS reps would tell me that the last rep lied to me on 5 different occassions. Amazon is not so prime anymore. Walmart+ rocked my delivery in about 36 hours though.
The card that gets charged for my amazon prime membership expired and I had unfortunately not updated it to the new card in time, so instead of amazon contacting me by phone or email, they charged a random card that I had used to purchase something a long time ago. That card is linked to a checking account I don't really use anymore so I was overdrafted and got a $30 overdraft fee from the bank. The bank wouldn't refund since the prime charge was legitimate so I went on to amazon's online customer service chat to see if they could help. One woman passed me to a supervisor named Fatima. Fatima apologized and said that she would refund August's charge to the card that shouldn't have been used and to make up for the $30 bank fee, she would refund me for June and July's charges as well. Obviously I was at that point a happy customer, until... Two weeks later and not one refund had been received. So I call this time, instead of using the online chat. I don't know the name of the man I talked to, but after placing me on hold twice, he lets me know that even though HE COULD SEE the convo I had with Fatima, he couldn't honor her promise because it was "against policy". I can't believe he was able to see the convo I had where a supervisor stated that she'd refund me and was still unwilling to resolve the issue. I was so disgusted I cancelled my account with them. Honestly, I hardly watch anything on prime video nor do I really order anything anymore, so my membership won't be missed. That company doesn't deserve a single dime from anyone if that's how it's going to operate.

Long term customer, years, prime customer, hundreds of purchases every year. This year had nothing but problems/issues, raised a complaint over the phone & the manager literally said to me - "we can't do anymore, get over it Andrew & hang up" (I hope they record calls) she clearly didn't like that I requested to talk to a manager. I wanted to forward proof of discussions with Amazon associates to prove the fault was their end, but she refused to listen, refused to escalate the complaint and said it won't go any higher than her! Very, very worrying that Amazon have 'management' talking to customers this way. Surely the managers have managers? I don't know. I'll start shopping with high street shops for everything again though, forget Amazon.
Amazon does not support its overnight delivery promises. Amazon could not locate my package, which shows as delivered (and which I don't have). Amazon driver consistently misdelivers to just any address in my neighborhood. Amazon driver did not provide photo of delivery, so it is undocumented. Amazon places burden of proof of its misdelivery on me. Thinking it is time to leave Prime, which is getting sloppy and nonresponsive. There are now more competitive options available than there were 10 years ago when I joined.
I got robbed by Amazon!one week, 7 items Purchased but only 3rd party seller sold bad medical Item =$70.00Recieved it but had to returned next day, Request refund back to gift card, but now Im locked out of Amazon since 9/11/23 with Balance and unable to purchase Well needed device. Today is 9/14/202326 hours documented phone calls to 10 different customer service agents.They couldnt help so they hung, over and over.Still locked out, and robbed by Amazon!!
become terrible.. not going to renew prime. have multiple items that have not turned up and cant get a refund.
I created an Amazon Uk baby wishlist for my friends in Brazil to be able to send me presents. To begin with, there’s no manuals on how they can buy from there without paying 3 times the price of an item in delivery. One very patient friend figured it out and sent me a gift, which showed to her as delivered (left by door or on porch) but I never received it - i did not get a call from the delivery guys as usual, I looked around, asked neighbors, nothing. After 1 hour in the queue on the phone to try to solve this, they told me my very patient friend is the one who has to call because they can’t find the order in my account. Of course the order is in her account, it was a gift, she bought it, but it’s MY baby wishlist, gift “delivered” to my address. I should have control over the orders and I want to solve this myself and not get my friend to spend her time with this nonsense. So my friend spent her time and her money on Amazon, just so we both would get gifted with stress and more waste of time.
Amazon Prime is the best. Fast deliveries sometimes free a variety of items great prices and great quality.

getting the runaround on a return. bought a refurbished computer. that was just trash. the hard drive was missing, or not hooked up. the battery was at the end of its life cycle. so i returned it the day after i received it. they have now had it back for over two weeks, and still no refund. had to open up a dispute through my bank. before the time aloud to open a dispute lapse. ever time i contacted them. I would just get the same appeasements with no actual resolve. just fluff. going to use a different online Warehouse . since their music app doesn't work at all, and their video streaming service now comes with commercials he can't skip
Sjukt smidigt när man beställer produkter via som säljs från amazon själva, beställde kl 22.00 och kommer hem dagen efter med bud! Det är riktigt bra jobbat.Har tidigare också beställt dock utan Prime, och fungerar fint, såklart kom det inte dagen efter men ändå inom rimlig leveranstid.

A nulla è servito ribadire che sono cliente Prime...sto lottando per un ordine fatto il 31 agosto con il qui presente Maniko Nails, per cui non ho ricevuto né notizia di spedizione, né informazioni dal venditore. 3 settimane di segnalazioni per ricevere sempre la stessa risposta: attenda 48 ore per la risposta del venditore. Mai arrivata! Né risposta del venditore, né risposte definitive circa il mio rimborso o ordine. Oltre il danno pure la beffa: con la "garanzia" AZ devo richiedere ancora di aprire un reclamo il 16 Settembre con il qui presente venditore, lo stesso verrà poi approvato dal " team" dedicato che approverà o meno il mio reclamo 😂 tutta questa manfrina per 18 euro, per un pacco che non ho mai ricevuto e stando alle loro tempistiche, questo rimborso " dovrei" vederlo entro una settimana dall'apertura del reclamo! La bellezza di un mese di attesa, per un venditore pessimo, e Amazon altrettanto pessimo per non aver alzato un dito per aiutarmi dopo settimane di segnalazioni. Segnalerò questa esperienza su qualsiasi canale. Riservatevi dall'ordinare con questi truffatori.
Absolutely lazy, rude and not caring customer support. They'll block your account even you're the rightful owner of the account, if they feel like it.
Have had the same address and delivery instructions for over 20 years! In the last year I have contacted Amazon no less than 100 times about the same issue… Drivers either leaving packages on the pavement in plain view or not bothering to turn up at all and saying they attempted delivery. Instructions are always to leave in designated “safe place” so there is never a reason for a failed delivery. Sick of hearing pat customer service responses from people that are not equipped to actually deal with the issue or capable of deviating from pre-scripted procedures. Told every time they “understand” and “this is not the level of service we expect Amazon customers to receive” and “I will definitely ensure this never happens again.”…. A year! Over 100 phone calls, innumerable online chats and still…. The issue of ridiculously bad delivery, missing packages, dishonest drivers and poor customer services continues.

È una settimana che chiamo il servizio clienti per capire perché non riescono a consegnarlo, ogni giorno mi assicurano arriverà il giorno successivo. Posso chiedere il rimborso vero, ma non è per ottenere rimborsi a fronte di mancate consegne che pago un servizio a prime.Peggiorato.
I returned a item in August they claim to have received it, on September 14th they recharged my card , now claim to not received item back, if i go on to track item on there page is states item returned, be careful when returning items . Prime and account will be closed
Returns are turning into a farce.Increasingly not given the option to pack & print my own label. Been two the post office and evri drop off shop today neither were able to print my label. Post office completely off while after about 10 scans of my qr code I gave up. Apparently quite a common issue according to the chap in the shop.Amazon, I have better things to do so I'll be buying from elsewhere as much as possible!!

Literally the worst website ever. I bought a few things from Amazon, which were perfectly fine. But when you've paid for the items, they keep your bank details and secretly subscribe you to Prime without you knowing. They continue charging you 2,99 every month until you notice and they don't make it particularly easy to cancel the subscription either.
Thought I was going to be the outlier but clearly not, Amazon has just stopped caring and service but we all still use them. Deliveries regularly late, website and app are terrible, customer services struggle to understand simple queries and green credentials are next to null.
If you need it on time then stay far away from Amazon. Also good luck in even getting your package if their drivers take the packages out they drop them all over town and the kicker is they take a picture of the item on someone else's porch. I let them know my porch is concrete and the pictures are of some deck across town. Customer care is somewhere outsourced and they can't understand English it is very hard to communicate
Tot twee keer geprobeerd een wekker te bestellen met snooze functie. Eerste wekker begaf het na een paar weken, volgende wekker besteld ook geen succes. Er stond in de advertentie met snooze functie maar dit klopte niet, er zit geen snooze functie op. Voor mij even geen amazon meer!
I am Amazon seller the experience is very bad , they take money more than our company , they don't care if you sell your stock or not , They don't care if their paid ads is getting return to you or not The worst thing is fake reviews , they allow anyone to make review even if he/she is not a customer How can someone evaluate the product without purchasing !!!
Es demasiado facil contratar a alguien que haga bots para hacer reseñas multiples falsas en tu producto, incluso lo puedes programar tú.La mayoría de productos son estafas o son demasiado caros, y por lo de las reseñas no se sabe.
Well I know thinking logic can be stressful at times BUT surely even AMAZON can understand logic they ask where do you want your order delivered so thinking logical I put my local post office , so what does Amazon do sends it out delivery by 10pm well even my children know post offices close at 5.30pm so you pay next day delivery and hope common sense will step in BUT nope it doesn’t , think now using Amazon is a waste of time and money , sorry Amazon but your staff don’t think logical and upsetting people is NOT good business , BUT it needs to be mentioned .
I used to order on amazon for couple of years. One time i had to return one item duo to my mistake (wrong item ordered) and they arranged the return without any problem plus on their expense. One more thing i had with them, my item got lost and after a chat with live agent we found solution and on top of that i got some extra voucher for 10e.
I decided to not renew my Amazon prime subscription it's too expensive now and the service is appalling.Be warned before you cancel read all the small print. I have four Amazon devices and a fire stick. If I cancel I will lose all my files, photos, the movies I purchased from Amazon, I'm sure that counts as stealing in England! My money paid for the films, my money paid the subscription but everything I have on my devices They Will Erase!!! That's stealing at the very least. Maybe they don't have that law in America maybe the bald dumb ass who owns Amazon does it all the time. Reading the reviews on here I'm not the only customer being ripped off and lied to in a right royal way...forgot they don't have a royal family across the pond just a bunch of lying cheating thieves!Shame on you Amazon!!!!!
Es ist eine Frechheit wie Amazon mit künden umgeht.Ich hatte ein Artikel bestellt, das Packet wurde von DHL beschädigt und ohne Zustellung zurück geschickt. Als ich bei meiner Bank die Rückbuchung gemacht hatte, wo ich das recht zu habe. Darauf hin drohte mir Amazon ein Verfahren einzuleiten wenn ich den betrag nicht zurück überweise. Wenn man kein Artikel bekommen hat soll man trotzdem den bezahlen! Daraufhin Sperrte Amazon mein Account.Werde bei denen nichts mehr bestellen, da nehme ich eher die Fahrt im kauf und kaufen ab jetzt nur noch bei Händlern in meiner nähe auch wenn ich ein paar € mehr zahlen muß.

Great experience. Delivery is the same person so I feel a lot more confident. Customer service is prompt and understanding as I find communication difficult as I am deaf. Refunds are easy 10/10

Ho fatto un ordine che deve arrivare da il 6/9 al 16/9/2023 però un giorno dopo hanno messo un numero di spedizione che arriva dal 19/9 al 2/10/2023 il numero di spedizione risolta che il pacco non ancora ritirato subito annullato il ordine però sono passati 17 giorni non stato rimborsati Amazon vende però con l’imborso dicano il venditore un terzo?!
Outsourcing to Indian and Filipino centres. Poor communication and appalling customer care for faulty items. No real place to send complaints.The company used to be good before now they’re too big and they don’t really care about customers.If possible I will not use them.
