This rating is for Gaby, who helpfully assisted me when my order arrived with several missing items.She was very responsive and offered me the choice of a refund or replacement of the items (I chose replacement, and will leave another review for the company if / when they arrive).

I was told that I could not get a discount for new customer with Le Labo then ordered full price ... I then got an email afterwards with welcome code for 15%. jumped back online chat and asked them to cancel my full price order and refund me - never happened ! Terrible online chat .. wrong information and failure to complete complaints

Megan and Darcy were amazing when it comes to customer service!!! I was very sick last month and had to leave Italy for surgery back home. I wasnāt able to pick up my skincare package. The post office sent it back but I texted Cult Beauty on Twitter and they made sure to get the order to me as soon as I was better! They were so sweet!
Rachel helped with me a query I had with regards to the delivery of the product that must have arrived o later than today. She was quick to answer my queries. It was a great experience overall.

If it is possible to give minus stars to rate my experience with Cult Beauty, I would! They have been going back and forth trying to resolve this dispute since 9th May.I have been charged £2.99 by a courier service called ZigZag which states that "a label was generated via Royal Mail, Tracked Returns 48/Labels to Go".I never received this label. I checked my inbox, spam and junk. To then been told to check these items again. Emails have been exchanged back on a daily basis if not twice a day. I have also tried contacting via, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM and Twitter DM. Again, poor customer service provided on all occasions.I have then tried to go and return the parcel to be told that I have not been provided with the correct labels and if I want to return the item it's is going to be £3+.I would like a refund on the "returns label" you have supposedly charged me for.It shouldn't have to take a week for a refund to be sorted. I haven't even sent the item back yet and I am already dreading that horrible experience too.There are much better online brands with better customer service that I will be purchasing from in the future. What is the £2.99 charge for?!!!!!First experience and definitely the last time I WILL EVER USE this company again!
I had a review here but I deleted it because I mentioned that CB were delivering items to me that 'others' could not fulfil. So what happens? I ordered some things and lo and behold I get sent an email saying 2 items cannot be shipped to you. I take back everything I wrote about you, CultBeauty. You are nothing short of a thundering disgrace. I am extremely angry and disappointed.
I literally received an empty box for a very expensive product, then was told I would be sent a replacement and never got any confirmation email that a replacement had been sent.

Amazing service!!I had a discount code that didn't seem to be working properly so I went onto LiveChat and spoke with Charlotte. She advised me that I could place the order, let her know my details and within 5 minutes of joining the chat, a refund was on its way to me for the amount I'd have saved with the discount code. You can't ask for better than that! Thank you Charlotte you are a star.
I had purchased a GlowRecipe Toner from here. Itās cost me around Ā£2-3 on delivery which was 2-3 working days. I was waiting all day for my package to arrive on Monday which was the estimated delivery. I revived an email apologising for the delay, I was sent a link for Ā£5 off my next order in compensation but COINCIDENTALLY it said the link was broken. How funny. Itās now Wednesday, On my evri tracking itās saying itās still in depot. I ordered it 5 working days in advance hoping it will arrive by Thursday. It was purchased as a gift for a friend, how embarrasing will it be tomorrow having to turn up without a gift telling her āit was meant to come earlier on in the week but it didntā? Iām so disappointed I though a 4.5 star rated site would have better standard than this, I appreciate it is partially down to the courier also but the thing thatās really is annoying is that I emailed them expressing my disappointment and how I appreciate the kind gesture of Ā£5 and how it isnāt directing me to my offer. No reply 3 days later. As a first time customer I know for sure never to come back here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST GUYS!!!

Had problems with the delivery. My items was delivered left outside the pushchair. When I got home my delivery wasnāt there. Spoke to cult beauty they sorted everything out. I ordered more stuff from them knowing if there any problem they will sort everything out for me good will definitely shop again. Thank you

I received a faulty order - the Theragun I ordered would not charge or turn (judging by the packaging, this may well have been a previously returned item). I contacted customer service who advised me a collection needed to be booked by them to return this due to the item being high value (Ā£270).The collection was booked for a Monday and I took the day off work waiting for the item to be collected (no one came).I contacted customer services again via chat (no contact number for them) and was told there was NO collection arranged and they would arrange this for the next day.The next day, I contacted customer services to request an update only to be told again that there was no collection booked and they would arrange this asap.I am starting to believe that the company is either in some kind of trouble or they are purposfully trying to scam people out of money? What should be a simple process is impossible, and I am sitting on a faulty piece of equipment they sent (possibly even knowing this may be faulty?) which is turning out to be a complete nightmare to return.The fact they currently do not have a number to call is also very concerning and inconvenient.I really am hoping that someone from their collections team will be in touch as promised shortly. However, judging by the service received so far I am probably going to have to escalate this outside of the company to hopefully get my money back as this is looking like one big scam.
