Copy.ai Reviews: Customers Express Disappointment with the AI Writing Tool

I was disappointed with my experience using Copy.ai. The AI-generated content was of poor quality and did not accurately reflect the tone or message I had requested. Additionally, the platform was difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the right settings to customize my content. Overall, I would not recommend Copy.ai to others looking for professional or high-quality writing assistance.

It was the worst experience. The tool is useless, and it generates gibberish. Don't use it.

The worst company to opt for when it comes to AI content. Their system is broken, worst AI with no outcome. Have been their paid user for about a week and decided to quit already.

If you want the worst copy with erroneous information (that will get you in trouble if you dare to publish it), then Copy.ai just might be your bag.I have used it many times to just get copy ideas, and the info it spits out doesn't even close to being accurate. Use at your own peril. For example, I was writing some copy about Elon Musk and Twitter. Every piece of copy that Copy.ai churned out kept referencing Musk as just another user--completely ignoring the fact that Musk OWNS the company.

The app itself work greate but the support is non existent. I signed up for $29 at 40% for 12 months and 1million words now all of asuden my subscription has been changed to $49 for unlimited words. How can you just change the subscription fee after signing up? Have been trying to contact support for days now.

The copy.ai customer service is disaster. They had some technical issues taking a few days last month and as a premium user, I was contacting them several times to cancel my subscription and return the payment back as I wasn't even able to login into my account, not just use their service.They didn't reply at all. They don't care. I found a different and much more useful and better AI service. Don't waste the time with them!

Copy Ai is a brilliant tool to help you write and generate ideas. I signed up for a year $420 and worked on the software for 2 days. This is my 3rd day and they say I need to pay $39 to upgrade. I've flipped my lid and wrote several emails telling them I have a year subscription. There was an automated response that says oops you've used up your words. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous?

I accidentally bought the yearly version instead of the monthly version 2 days ago. Ive sent numerous reply submissions havent heard back from anybody and am very frustrated about this. I need a refund immediately and am entitled to one according to there terms of services and very tired of not hearing back from anyone

I can't begin to express how much I love this app. As the author and publisher of over 40 blogs for the past 20 years, it is an absolute God send to me. As a very non-techy kind of guy it was a breeze to navigate so extra points for UX

It's a great product but has a very bad team. Every other day it will stop working and the support team (including the founder, Chris Lu) has absolutely no idea about what's going on. They would just shamelessly blame this reason or that. Many times, (and they call it "accidentally") they ship bugs directly to the production. Seriously? Either they have ZERO skills for managing software or they're just irresponsible.

One of the best AI writers. Although I think more languages can be added. Asides from that it is brilliant.

Copy.ai is worth the purchase! I use it for work and for my personal business. The application helps me organize projects and move them to production more quickly.

I must Write a review about Copy.ai. I am using Copy.ai from past one month and very satisfied with the performance. The only Flaw I found that I cannot create content as per SEO optimized. 2 days ago I stumbled upon a parallel website RYTR.me- they claimed that they are much superior than the Performance of Copy.ai, aslo their content are SEO friendly. Trusting on their words I subscribed one month UNLIMITED PLAN of Rytr.me. Believe me, They are nowwhere nearer to copy.ai. The content generation quality are far far better in copy.ai. I tried to generate content several content side by side in the both platform and in all case copy.ai was always ahead. having a great regret to pay for the subscription fees to RYTR, i cancelled my subscription immediately. I am very very happy with the performance of COPY.AI , only would like to suggest about the inclusion of SEO friendly options at the time of content generation.Once again, Thanks for the quality service and keep improving.

The has helped me get quick messages out to my social media however the copy isn't always straight forward and tends to go off mark so a lot of rewrites and corrections.

I've tried several AI writers – Jarvis, WordHero, Writecream – but none of them even come close to Copy.AI. Great solution, worth every $$$. Looking forward to trying future new features (hopefully, more SEO support!).

This is the worst AI tool that I ever used. They will say that Pro plan have unlimited credits and after some usage, they will limit us. They are just cheaters. I’m no longer going to renew it

Thank you for the "custom template". This speed up the process. The app is good but not great at this point. It generates results based on how you input suggestions.Good for the starter. The app is improving day by day and making it much easier to use. But don't rely on any AI. Treat them as a brainstorming tool or when you have a workload. Humans are and always be better than machines. Also, google understand people are using AI to create things, and they are making significant efforts toward catching the issue. So, use AIs wisely. They can be our friends and enemy at the same time.

Love it so far. I voted four instead of five to motivate it to get even better. Great product!

Copy.ai is fantastic for our blog strategy. It help us improving our time to write our blog articles. In addition we are more accurate for some topics as the AI engine is suggesting us good ideas and good sentences.

Copy.ai has been an amazing help. It is really one of a kind. The 100 units a month are never really enough, so I had to pay for a whole month of unlimited units. Sadly it will soon expire and I'll return to my 10 a month. It is really an amazing experience
