  • Must have for a cleaner home, and exceptional air quality!!!!!

    I have ordered this product many times. It's incredible how long it lasts and cleanses the air in my home. The internal fine mesh traps dust; it is removable, easy to rinse, sanitize, and place back into the purifier. I have two dachshunds, and they capture the hair they shed. Not all, but enough to help cut down on fuzzy fireballs that float around then end my home. I highly recommend this product!!!! It's a must for my home. Do make sure always to clean the detachable outside front cover vent and your internal mesh screen. Twice a week or more for optimal efficiency.

  • Odd dusty smell

    It fit, was fine for about a week, then started developing a weird dusty-bad carpet smell from the HEPA. Replaced the charcoal and fully cleaned the filter assembly. Smell persisted. Directly smelled the HEPA and it was the source of the smell.

  • Good fit but strong chemical smell

    Fit was good and the filter feels solid. Only three stars because there is a fairly strong chemical odor that did not happen when using the name brand filters. I'm letting the air purifier run in the guest room in hopes that the smell decreases over time.

    The HEPA filter lasted 7.5 months, not 1 year.
    The carbon filter lasted 3.5 months, not 6 months.
    The quality of the filtration was not as good as the original Coway filters.
    You get what you pay for...lesson learned.
