    Took way too long to authenticate an order, over 5 days, almost a whole day went by before my payout was released after buyer accepted change, support staff should be way better At communication considering the only way to reach out to them is by writing them via email or making a report in app. Very unprofessional as a business.

    They charge you to sell your sneakers. They charge you to transfer your money. They charge you at the end of year for taxes, even though they tax you throughout the process. These resale sneaker sites really take advantage of resellers. I prefer Goat over StockX, but both are fee monsters. Charging way too much.

  • Horrible Shoes App! Scam likely

    Do not order any shoes from this app! I’ve ordered a pair of Reebox Question Mid Currensy shoes and they got canceled! And when they canceled they had said they were giving my full refund if 414$ NEVER GOT IT BACK!!! These people are liars and just for the money grab! Please do not download this app!!!

    They will defraud you by selling you “brand new” shoes that are clearly used/aged. They have a zero return policy. Essentially they will deceptively sell you shoes as new that are used and will not allow you to return for your money back - they only allow credit which is absurd. Do not buy shoes from this app unless they are recently released shoes. Buyer Beware!
