I love that I am able to pay cheques in using the app which saves a trip to the branch.
*** Wealth Alert - On 20th May the rate is reducing to 4.2% *** Last year I opened an esaver account paying 5.2% which was really good. I'm using it to support my current accounts with other banks, and to feed my regular saver accounts. Interest is building up nicely, and the account is proving to be very useful. However, the rate is being cut soon, so I plan to move my money to other accounts. There are lots of accounts listed on Moneyfacts paying more than 4.2%.
Every time you do an update, I have problems signing in to my account. You want to send a text with a pin number? And then you want a security number and now IM logged out of my account and it's going to take severydays for you to send me a letter with some more login details. I never have this problem with my other banking apps like NatWest or Halifax.
Easy to use and quick. Instant transactions.
I'm very impressed with the security checks, regardless of the number of times I may make the same transaction, the app always makes me stop and make sure.
