The Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay receives praise for its stunning location, friendly staff, and diverse dining options. Guests enjoyed the spacious and clean accommodations, including the popular overwater bungalows and lagoon views. While many appreciated the activities and amenities, some reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness and service, particularly during check-in and room preparation. The adult-only infinity pool and the variety of restaurants were frequently mentioned as highlights. Overall, the resort offers a beautiful, relaxing getaway, though some improvements in management and attention to detail could enhance the experience.

The hotel, staff and service are AWESOME. The hotel is pretty big but we never felt that it was crowded even going in high season. Highly recommendable for couples and family. The only negative experience we had was with the hospitality room to take a shower before our flights that isnât cleaned between guest and we literally waited for others guest to finish to take our shower right away.
Even with limited staff at the hotel, the experience given was AMAZING ! We were checked in by Losalini who did a remarkable job ensuring we had everything we needed; providing us with informative details about this beautiful property and even gave us a late checkout. The resort is breathtaking, very well maintained and donât get me started on the scenic drive upđ. I would definitely recommend
We stayed in the duplex lagoon front for a few nights and after staying 5 nights elsewhere and must say this place has it all and is truly amazing! Rooms, restaurants, ambience and service is top notch. Staff were always pleasant and very helpful, always attentive to all our needs. The Marriott is pricey especially when it comes to restaurants however luxury does come at a cost. Wife is already wanting to revisit. Thank you for a memorable stay!
This resort is great , all the staff are so friendly and helpful mr pinapapple is a legend! It has a few different places to eat and different menus and drinks all at a good price. Great spot for relaxing around the pools and tidal lagoon. Live music to have a drink and plenty of other activities organised by the resort. Rooms are spotless with big comfy bed heaps of tv channels but being outside around the pools and bars is better.
Room and location were nice but; our fridge had to be replaced, the first night I had to request to be moved to another room because there was a mouse in our room. Once moved to the next room, there was dry urine under the toilet seat form the previous guest(s). I order 2 drinks at the pool bar and the bar tender picked up a dirty glass, rinsed it with water and used his finger to clean it before I stopped him from pouring my drink into it.3 managers were aware of my disappointment with the service. One had told me I'd receive $100 credit for my inconvenience but it wasn't on the final bill at checkout and it was another instance where I had to 'ask' for something I wouldn't expect at a 5 star resort.
Location is lovely and very cleanFood is good - what saves our holidayMost staff are great & really do try but seriously let down by management. Staff want to do better but do not how.Service is a disaster .....no leadership or direction from management - ZERO No level of management from customer relations to housekeeping to kitchen introduce themselves or even to be seen for anyone to know they exist.Check-in can take over an hour đŻ ridiculous A family of 6 spent over $20k for accomodation & food (not including airfare) ....seems pocket change for the Marriott Group.
