  • Lately, this app seems to constantly have problems connecting to chase and when it does connect, it freezes up when trying to add a bank account to pay my credit card. Update: Oct 12, fingerprint log in stopped working, same phone and pretty sure same fingerprints. Quite an inconvenience when I have to reset my password cause I don't remember my username and password. Hence, setting up fingerprint log in.

  • Jesus do they hate customer support. Pretty much the only way to actually get help online is to call, go through a bunch of redirects, then say a bunch of information just so you can fix a 2 minute issue. The only way I could find to contact for support, their secure message center, and this is the response I get: "your email inquiry requires the expertise of another team. For assistance please contact our Customer Service Department at _________" quit making it so easy, so difficult

  • The app needs an updat every week, the reports are incomplete and i did not get the miles for spending more money here.

  • This app is trash everytime I log in it tells me that it cannot find my username or password. My username is the same and I have to make a new password to get into my app every damn time! Do not get a Chase credit card because of this app right here!
