  • Great weekend

    This was a treat. The hotel is in a great location in Streeterville. The staff were helpful without being overbearing. The room was immaculate. I'd forgotten how nice it was to actually have housekeeping during the stay. They gave us bottles of water as soon as we arrived. We were able to check in early. The elevator system moved quickly. I'd definitely come back .

  • Friendly staff, great hotel!

    A really nice hotel with unique features and touches in the room like an Alexa to play music, speaker, etc. Aubrey was fantastic and so friendly when we left our bags to explore some more. Patrick makes an incredible drink at the bar and was great to chat with. Can’t wait to visit again and stay at the EMC2!

  • Awesome Hotel and staff!!

    We came to Chicago for a girls trip and had such a great time! We met Aubrey at our hotel EMC2, and from the first day until we left, he was incredibly kind and helpful to us. His knowledge of Chicago is unbelievable! He always had great recommendations for restaurants and outings for us. He is a great guy and we were lucky to have met him and gotten to know him on our trip. Ask for Aubrey when you are there, he will make you feel so comfortable and help you see the best of Chicago!!

  • Awesome Hotel !

    Loved everything about the EMC2 hotel! From the time we arrived to check out everything was great. The beds were comfortable, the drinks were great and the hotel bots were so fun to watch. The front desk was welcoming and Aubrey the bellman was helpful from luggage to information. He was always smiling and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

  • Beautiful hotel with nice brunch experience

    Came to Chicago for work and spend a weekend in the city. I stayed at the EMC2 hotel. It is a beautiful modern artsy hotel. The room is super clean and the interior design is so modern. I was greeted by a staff named Aubrey at the door. He was so friendly and welcoming. He was telling so much history of Chicago and gave me so many recommendations to dining and tour. I do want to highlighted the brunch at the hotel. It was $29.99 for a main course, dessert and a drink. It was a good deal for the quality and portion. Very good. Must try.

      The hotel was super clean and the character of the rooms was amazing. The decor makes this hotel one to remember! Staff was friendly the entire time and had nothing negative to mention. Aubrey was extremely helpful and assisted near the end of our experience. Thank you for the proper send off to our overnight stay!

      We came for Dinner with a view which was just a few minutes walk away. The staff are helpful and we were always greeted with smiling faces . A special thanks to Aubrey Chelsea and Tiara for making us feel welcome!

      Service was great especially Aubrey the bellman. Front desk was also very accommodating. I wish the restaurant had better hours. Loved the robots that delivered food and drinks to the room. Cleo was a bit moody but Leo was chipper!

    • Highly Recommended Hotel that’s is Sophisticated, Charming with a Science, Art and Technology Theme.

      The Hotel was very cool and in a great location easy walk to Michigan avenue and the magnificent mile. We planned to cab everywhere during our stay but the buses were so easy to use we didn’t even think about using a cab. The hotel room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was serviced daily which made it nice to return to at the end of a long day. The room service robots Cleo and Leo add to the sophistication and charm of the hotel. Audrey the bellman was very polite and helpful this left us with a great feeling when we left we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Chicago.

      Aubrey and Jackie were great! Everyone here is very kind and helpful. The neighborhood and proximity to Michigan Ave are ideal. Would definitely stay again. Also, the room is BEAUTIFUL. Don’t hesitate- book it!

    • An unparalleled experience.

      The EMC2 might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, robots Leo and Cleo are a delight, but the best part had to be the exceptional service that I received from Chris, Patrick, and Steve in the restaurant/bar. I’m here for work so each night came to the bar for a nightcap. Chris remembered me and my drink each time- took the time to engage with me and truly made me feel like I was among friends while I’m 1/2 way across the country away from my family. I’ve stayed in multiple locations in the Mag Mile area but won’t stay anywhere else again. EMC2 is now my Chicago home away from home. Thank you.

      Everyone is great! Aubrey is especially helpful and brings joys whenever you walk into the building. Swanky hotel vibes. Good drinks and food at the hotel bar. Have come here multiple times and plan to return again.

      Aubrey was amazing! He was personable and so respectful. He gave a great outlook on the hotel and our experience. The hotel staff was very nice and professional as well. Other than that a few missing items in our room. But overall a good stay.

      The staff Aubrey /tiara/Chelsea/Charlene were absolutely amazing. 5 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any/everyone. Right in the heart of downtown. Just steps away from everything exciting. Please don’t miss this Jen!

    • Exceeded Expectations!

      My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful Staycation weekend at EMC2! This was our first experience here, but Aubrey and all the staff were so friendly, outgoing and helpful! I called down for an iron, ironing board (professional steamers are kept in the room) and q-tips, they brought them to the room within a few minutes! The room was spotless and exactly what was shown on the pictures on the site! The location was prime for brunch, shopping and leisurely activities! We will definitely be staying here again!

    • An amazing experience!

      Aubrey The Bellman, Jackie (from the front desk), and Oscar made my stay fantastic. They were very kind, always greeted me at the lobby, and made sure I had everything I needed. Plus the design and aesthetics of the rooms are immaculate and the location is perfect. I'll definitely be coming back. One of my favorite hotels in the city!

      Aubrey bellman Tiara Gabe. We’re all great. The experience was above ad beyond. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone here made sure our stay was top notch. We experienced literally zero issues. This was my 3 rd time here and it never disappoints

      Had a great stay, wonderful location and comfortable room! The staff was always warm and friendly, I appreciated all the bottles of water! Tiara & Jackie at the front desk were wonderful and Aubrey always made us feel welcome when we walked in and put a smile on our face! We had two meals at the Albert and it was wonderful and great drinks! Would definitely stay again!

      The hotel is perfectly located, staff understands hospitality and treats every guest with class. Especially Aubrey and the morning front desk girls 5/7-5/8! Highly recommend this hotel. The robots were also a treat!

      Aubrey was great!! He helped us with our bags when we arrived, and helped us with them again when we left. He had our bags ready for us super quickly, and loaded them into our car which was so helpful as we were leaving in a hurry. The hotel is great and I would stay again, we loved Leo and Cleo and the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was great! I’ll be back!

    • Fantastic dining experience at the Albert!

      Dining when on a business trip is always 50/50 but had a fantastic experience at the Albert. Hostess was so welcoming (and accommodating as I only eat at the bar when traveling for business). Patrick and Chris at the bar are quintessential servers--helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and so warm and friendly that one visit was not enough. I returned the next evening with my niece who lives in Chicago. I can’t say enough about these two guys other than they are total professionals and exemplify hospitality. OK, yes, the food and DESSERTS are outstanding!

    • Simply THE BEST!

      Our daughter surprised us with a trip to Chicago for Easter weekend. This hotel was in a great central location for all the things we wanted to do, ie Navy Pier, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, Magnificent Mile, Bongiorno's Italian (THE BEST), and so much more. The staff at the hotel, every one of them, was like meeting family. THE BEST! Anything we needed or questions, they were there to help. We ate breakfast in the hotel at The Albert both mornings we were there. Elizabeth was THE BEST! The food was delicious and lots of it. Our room was very nice. The beds and pillows, you guessed it, THE BEST! Our grandson LOVED watching (FaceTime) Leo/Cleo, the hotel robots, deliver water to our room. We hope to take him there one day.     • Great Time at the EMC2

      The staff at the hotel was wonderful; Aubrey was always available to help and advise, Vincent who took care of our group in our meeting space was fabulous, and all of the folks in the restaurant were lovely, particularly the breakfast/brunch staff and Ryan in the evening. I also appreciated the “All On/All Off” switches in the room. The only thing I’d ask is the Housekeeping take care to replenish all of the toiletries when they clean the rooms: my lotion was never replenished and I have a good amount of surface area to moisturize, LOL!!! Just one of those little bottles aren’t going to do for a multi-day stay!

    • Very cool hotel for relaxing romantic weekend

      My husband and I stayed at the Hotel EMC2 for the weekend and had a wonderful stay! The staff was all so helpful and especially Aubrey bellman was fantastic! Patrick bartender at the Albert was great! Jackie and Timesha at the front desk were super helpful. The hotel is very cool and extremely clean! The robots are so cool when they bring things to your room! Thanks Aubrey for helping me carry everything down.

      Very nice hotel, unique looking and the rooms/lighting is top notch. Comfy bed and pillows. Mini fridge and kureig included. Auberey, Jackie, and Timesha all provided excellent and professional service. Plenty of parking near the hotel as well

      Aubrey, The Bellman, did an outstanding job!!!! Very helpful and first one to greet me when I arrived. I highly recommend the hotel. I ordered room service for breakfast. The food could have been better but they were prompt.

    • Wonderful boutique hotel in Chicago

      My daughter found this Wonderful hotel centrally located in downtown Chicago. Aubrey and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet and close to everything, shops, restaurants, bars many tourist attractions. The two queen beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
