    Customer services is simply a nightmare! I have been client of CHASE BANK for more than 12 years and it’s getting worse!

  • Don't bank with Chase

    After so many years with Chase they closed my husband account with no explanation. Customer service was useless and rude. Plus they say are account is overdrawn which we know it's not. Chase are theifs. They are keeping a check we deposit and than close are account.

    Not impressed by new savings interest rate which you only get to if you had less than £500 in your account on given date. So basically penalising customers who choose to save more proactively. Bad service - I for one will be going elsewhere where I am appreciated 😡😡

    Chase is brutal when it comes to holds on your account. If you live check to check do not get chase or you will destroy your credit and get evicted do to the amount of holds chase puts on their customers.

  • Chase bank is a fraud.

    Chase bank is a fraud.Don't fall victim for the sign on bonus.The branch in Rancho mission Viejo, is the biggest fraud. Do not do business with them.Stay away from the manager and incompetent personal banker. I have lost $2450 after I opened an account with them.
