Mai napon 3× próbáltam jegyet.váltani,levononta a jegy árát,de a jegy letöltésem nem jött létre. Nem az első eset,mikor kapjuk vissza ezeket a pénzeket,? Már nem az első eset.
Kétszer fizettem ki a jegyem de nincs sehol Lehet az is késik mint a vonat...
Levonta a jegy árát, de jegyet nem adott. Kénytelen voltam jegypénztárban megvenni, hogy utazni tudjak. Természetesen a Mávdirekt nem elérhető. Kíváncsi vagyok, mikor kapom vissza a pénzem.
Kétszer vonta le a jegy árát a számlámról, egyszer sem jelent meg az appban. Remélem még büntetést is kapok érte!
Az elindított fizetést nem lehet leállítani. A sikertelen fizetésnél újra és újra próbálkozik, de ez nem jelent érvényes menetjegyet amire az alkalmazs figyelmeztet is. Majd a vonaton megvásárlom a menetjegyem és fél óra múlva az alkalmazás is levonja a díjat.
Igazán értesíthetnék weben is az utasokat, hogy törlik a járatokat! Főleg, ha 6kor történik baleset a vonat vezetővel és a járat f12kor indul.
