  • Levonta a jegy árát, de jegyet nem adott. Kénytelen voltam jegypénztárban megvenni, hogy utazni tudjak. Természetesen a Mávdirekt nem elérhető. Kíváncsi vagyok, mikor kapom vissza a pénzem.

  • Kétszer vonta le a jegy árát a számlámról, egyszer sem jelent meg az appban. Remélem még büntetést is kapok érte!

  • Az elindított fizetést nem lehet leállítani. A sikertelen fizetésnél újra és újra próbálkozik, de ez nem jelent érvényes menetjegyet amire az alkalmazs figyelmeztet is. Majd a vonaton megvásárlom a menetjegyem és fél óra múlva az alkalmazás is levonja a díjat.
