I mainly use TickTick to organize recurring activities, and for that it works fantastic. I can sort things by priority or time a day and once they’re done, check them off knowing that when they need to show again, they will. I typically take a screenshot of the list, copy it to my day timer, and off I go
I’m a little addicted to trying new task organizers, so I left TickTick for a couple other apps, but ended up coming back to it. It’s just the best option for me, and I love how it has a ton of different features for people who prefer different techniques, but you aren’t forced to use them. I’m a big fan of the Eisenhower Matrix and the Pomodoro timer especially. It’s totally changed how I organize my workday. Definitely recommend!
A friend recommended this to me. I love it. You can make multiple lists, and also leave comments on the items. I only have the free version, but it has many features and no annoying ads. My favorite feature is that you can sign in on the computer and your cell phone, and the lists sync immediately between the devices. It is so helpful for work.
I use the free version and while todoist gets more detailed. I’ve noticed that this works better for me to see it all at a glance. I have an excel sheet detailed schedule but this is PERFECT for same day tasks.
Just excellent. Use it all the time.
