I’ve order a $5 dollar Nintendo Eshop gift card, after waiting for an entire hour or more, I still haven’t gotten the email with the card’s code, that makes me very frustrated

To order search for item and see description then only a couple clicks away from finalizing your order. I buy all of my steelbook movies at Best Buy. At times they may have the 3D version too. Stay home and find it at your door step on a short time.
home store is way off and tries to charge me again for total tech even though i’m already a member. i was able to schedule before without it trying to charge me again for a membership i have. roll back the website and app a week when it worked

I am not able to write reviews for a lot of my purchases, and I find that quite annoying. I think in the past, I haven’t been able to update reviews either. That is suspicious.
After all this time, why is there still no dark mode option available?? For all the time I spend on the app, it would make the experience better.

This app never works when I use it. Security codes never send for 2-factor authentication, automatically signs me out when I’m trying to sign in to pay my bills, and overall just not a user friendly app. I’ll stick with your desktop version, thanks.
Make a filter where I can search gaming desktops by their cooling system. Like I can filter the results by if desktops have either
air cooling or liquid cooling systems
I received a $5 rewards coupon from Best Buy and when I went to use it they told its not on my account. Customer service no help. I won’t be shopping there again.
I really wish these rewards certificates would not expire. When my kids lived at home, we lived at Best Buy!! My certificates were used, everytime. Now, it’s just my husband and I, don’t shop as much, in general, of course.
We just ordered another printer, at Best Buy, I had a $90 certificate, I thought? That has apparently expired?? $90 is a lot to lose. We bought appliances to earn that. I use my Best Buy Visa to earn rewards. I will consider using another Visa I have that offers cash back, right away. No complaints about product or delivery service, just rewards certificates. Not iPhone user friendly when paying the credit card tab to save the login info, never does. Other then that, the app works flawlessly, maybe a quick face scan would make it impeccable.
The Best Buy app used to work perfectly for me. However, I am constantly receiving “Sorry, it is crowded here. Check back in a few minutes.” I can understand if it was a time for a highly popular item being released, but this happens multiple times a day, any time.
Price check is just a scam and the manual support has no control over automated one.
The app is a “web based” app, and has been horrible to use since it’s existence.
In addition, Best Buy is a terrible company that restructures ALL THE TIME and fire manages/associates at the drop of a hat.

The frame crumbled, only to learn Sony uses recycled plastic from car parts. (Made in China)
Out of warranty and a heavy heart I needed a set of can’s and I needed them now.
Over to Amazon I go, only to learn that delivery would take two week’s, can you spell STRESS.
I search Best Buy and lo and behold I get my apple headphones delivered the next day for the same price as Amazon.
Ok,so I may be out over $1000 bucks in one years time but being able to hear my customer, Priceless.
Love using the BB app. It’s super easy to navigate. The “in store” only option makes everything much better. No complains here.
