Bellagio Resort Feedback Analysis: Insights & Trends

We were impressed by this hotel on 2 prior visits, great staff , nice food ,cleanliness. This time however we were taken to a room with single beds ,so we asked for a double bed . We were shown to a different room , it was very dated ,completely different from the up to date rooms we had used on our previous stays. We professed our displeasure but were informed we would have to pay an extra 20 dollars per night extra to be moved . This had been a free upgrade previously. The rest of our stay was ok. Hope you can see the mould and general disrepair in the bathroom.

Just spend a week in this hotel. Fabulous service. Great food. Extremely friendly staff. Great management. The hotel is currently what seems under (a much needed) renovation, and looks like when finished, will be great. It’s location isn’t too bad, we went on a great city trip, which was all organised by the hotel rep. Transfer from the airport isn’t too long either. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the multiple pools. Please be aware, no branded alcohol was available.

Hotel was impeccably clean. Staff and service excellent. One minor issue was the food was not really very hot but this was rectified after having a conversation with the hotel staff. Nothing was a problem. Room servicing was excellent. Even though hotel refurbishment was still ongoing there was no noise or disturbance of any kind. Would definitely recommend the Bellagio for a quiet break. Quite away out of the town but that was not an issue for us.

Amazing stay, food was really good compared to other hotels in the area. The pools are great and the bedroom are really clean. The hotel workers are really friendly and welcoming. I recommend it. The location is around 20 minutes by car to Hurghada down town but ubers and taxis are easily available.

Second visit to this hotel.Food is very good, alway can find something to eatStaff are very friendly and always helpful.Room is a good size, has a shower and a bath, and has a sea view. The room is cleaned daily and is alway a good job.It has three bar one by the main pool, beach bar, and the main bar which is 24 hour. They have a good selection of drinks.

I've just returned (again), my fourth trip in about 18 months. Unfortunately not as good as previously. I was told that the hotel has been taken over with new management A lot of the old staff have left, however, there’s still a lot of familiar smiling faces. I didn’t think the food was as good. Despite some building work being carried there’s a lot more required. The beach area is no longer a quiet zone - so where is the quiet area please???? Also some of the privileges that returning guests used to have are no longer available or are charged.
