I don’t really see a contact developer like other apps have, I can go to a chat, or I can go through droves of pages, to where I get to an address and a phone number, but never an actual contact. On the list option where you click the heart to see the list, I have never been able to see the list since I’ve had the app, which has been quite a while, I’ve had the app since before, the rewards program was released in every state. You can click the heart, to see the list, nothing happens, except the same comment again I can’t see the list not on my phone on the actual computer a.k.a. laptop. Is there any fix for this?, I do have the latest version.
Unable to login
It never seems to work. There are multiple times I don’t complete a sale because it’s just too difficult. Most of the time it doesn’t allow my “set to store,” set. That’s the most frustrating, so I’m not able to pick up in store. Just now I’m trying to purchase again and it’s just spinning. I don’t have time for this many issues multiple times. Hoping you fix your app and make it more user friendly, so I can spend some money. I’m 40 and don’t have problems on my phone with any other app. Please work on. Thank you.

Wow!! Just WOW!! I spend $100’s + EVERY time I get the free coupons!! I wish that VALUED CUSTOMERS would get MUCH BETTER RATES on candles. It used to be myself and daughters past time to buy all candle fragrance’s, unfortunately it’s bitter sweet because my daughter took her life 10/22. I light a 3 wick by her urn every night never letting her light burn out , so it can be quite expensive. Yet you were her FAVORITE STORE for candles so Thank You for Corean’s light to KEEP BURNING!
Over all the app is very useful. However, my card is now being charged twice. I have attempted to use the "pay in 4" option with PayPal on this app before and ever time I try my card is charged but the order is not placed. This should not be an option on the app if the app can not support it. I now have to go through PayPal to appeal the charge to get my money back and be sure they cancel the pay in 4 so I am not charged in the future. (Yet again... It is highly inconvenient.) please fix this glitch or remove this from the options of payment.
It is difficult to get my rewards to update and to update current offers.

I downloaded the app so I could do the early voting for the laundry scents. Then I clocked the email link. It didn’t take me to the laundry scent voting area. It appears there isn’t one. When I scrolled down and found the “vote for the laundry scent” blurb and clicked on it, it said it would take me to the App Store…to download the app! There appears to be no way to do this early access voting. And this app appears no better than the BBW website. Deleting this one.
Can’t go wrong with this app I love ordering from this they make it so easy for you.

Why is there a limit on the number items that I can pick up in the store? That’s kind of a disadvantage and inconvenience.
The app never works and no way to get hep to sign in. Reset my password and still keep getting “oops! Something went wrong” messages! So frustrating!

The website states you can use up to 6 codes. The app only allows you to use one. It’s a bit confusing
Multiple issues using my rewards. First my reward that I received an email in was not in my account, then the reward was crediting the cheapest item a wallflower, not the item I wanted, which was a body lotion. Chatted with 3 different people who were helpful and then the system event down. Ended up not using my reward which is disappointing.
While in cart need to able to update quantities. Instead you have to remove the item and ensure you add the right amount. When checking out some items not available, this should be updated while shopping not when trying to check out. Just super annoying…
I had to try to buy items for at least 4 times.
It was very frustrating
Again, I was able to grab what I needed and wanted. The fragrance choice is excellent.
I tried to use the app & I wanted to pick up in store. It kept messing up so much. I love the merchandise. But the app not so much!
I see others are also having this issue and apparently developers aren’t paying attention to their customers. I have to keep trying to log in but get message “ooops something went wrong”. And this is after my facied went through. It literally takes 10 times to finally log me in. PLEASE FIX IT!! Your customers aren’t happy! Take time to actually read the feedback left and take further action! App keeps thinking I’m a bot!!! And I have to keep verifying I’m human. How irritating!
I love how the apps ease of use and it’s clear depiction of products and prices makes shopping more enjoyable!
I shopped in store for Mother’s Day. The cashier scanned my coupon but the amount was not deducted from the total. The line was super long and I did not have time to wait. Hopefully they will correct the matter when I go back to the store.
Won’t let me make the order for pick up it will only take it for delivery.
