  • Avoid this bank at all costs

    Avoid this bank at all costs! If needed for school refunds please have it sent to another card if you want access to your money. This bank will freeze everyone’s account for DAYS for “maintenance” I was unable to use or access my account nor my funds as my card has been locked too. On top of there being zero customer service as the phone lines were taking too long and everyone but myself was getting help from their twitter account which I still don’t understand. Terrible company!

  • I wish I could give them zero stars !

    I wish I could give them zero stars !! this is the worst bank ever the fund from my husband school was placed on the account yesterday and now he has no gas in his car and has to go to work, we see that the money is there but can't access it at all!!! we have been on hold all day long over 4hrs waiting to talk to an agent who doesn't speak English at all!! and they are not helpful keep repeating the same thing over and over ! maintained should not take this long on any account people need their Money, if you are new to a school and they have this option PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! #signedamadwife!!!!!!!!!!!
