Es kommt eine Fehlermeldung, wenn ich „Kundenbereich“ im PC antippe: „Zeitüberschreitung“. Habe 3mal angerufen bei Assura und 2 Mails - auch der IT - versandt. Ohne Antwort Ihrerseits.
Alles andere klappt ordentlich.

Die app ist sehr praktisch und benutzerfreundlich. Nice to have wären noch die detaillerten Konditionen für die Zusatzversicherung im Zugriff zu haben.
It is difficult to scan the document.
I actually like the app. But it needs an update regarding iPhone’s 14 Pro/Pro Max cameras. When scanning it gets blurred on small letters and there is no lens update to zoom.
Continuel retard dans le règlement des remboursements. Irrespect des prestataires de soins en raison de ces retards.
Contacts téléphoniques impossibles, aucune réponse, même après plus de 30 min. d’attente.
En un mot Mauvaise organisation de cette assurance.

Numérisation très difficile
Impossible de les contacter, ils font exprès de filtrer les appels comme stratégie pour que les personnes avec charges médicales changent d’assurance.
Traitement et remboursement beaucoup trop tardif.

Very poor services, maternity costs and accident costs were not covered where there is PRIVATE maternity insurance paid and special form sent for accident. The contact portal does not work, the return on emails is zero (they say 30 days but in fact they dont respond at all). I wouldn’t recommend.
Eine App im Anfangsstadium. App passt sich nicht an Bildschirm vom iPad an, sondern zeigt weiterhin den iPhonebildschirm. Auf iPhone möchte man die Angaben gerne grösser lesen, aber nicht mal Querformat geht. Eingeschickte Rechnungen sind nach ein paar Tagen plötzlich nicht mehr eingeschickt und müssen erneut gesendet werden. Etc. Fairerweise muss man sagen, es handelt sich bei der Assura um eine Billigkrankenkasse ohne Kundendienst, von daher ist die Betaversion verständlich.
Bravo pour votre application, c’est un gain de temps , les factures envoyées sont traitées rapidement, ainsi que le remboursement de celles-ci .

Pourquoi on peut pas télécharger une photo pour les factures?
L’application n’est pas intuitive et il est très difficile de voir les liens entre les remboursements et les justificatifs envoyés.

Le suivi des frais médicaux laisse à désirer… vous indiquez « traité » dans les documents envoyés mais le décompte des prestations n’a pas été fait…. C est assez affligeant !
