The Anker Power Bank with a labeled capacity of 13,400 mAh despite being advertised as 26,800 mAh faced criticism for misleading customers. While some found it efficient and reliable for charging multiple devices, others complained about slow charging speeds, heavy weight, and lack of USB-C ports. Positive reviews highlighted its longevity, durability, and usefulness during travel and emergencies.

Had my own from 2017 and up to now (2024) it is still reliable, efficient and effective. No regrets at all
This thing is slower than molasses in winter. Even with BOTH input cables and a beefy AC adapter, it takes close to 8 hours to charge the bank. Charging devices like my Samsung Fold is equally painful. It's just barely enough to maintain battery percentage - not charge. I bought this for travel and I guess it **may** work in an emergency but it's NOT worth the price. I wish I hadn't waited so long to test it because now it's past the return window. Otherwise I'd be sending it back. Look elsewhere for a better product.
Was able to charge two things at once! Handy in remote areas of Alaska.
Bought this charger for a trip to the Philippnes. Used charger while going to Palawan charging three phones on the airplane also used it multiple times over two years. This year my wife left it in the Philippines for her family to use. It also will work on 220 volts. Standard Philippine voltage.
The model number is 26800, but the device's label clearly indicates a 13,400 mAh capacity (see photo). This is very deceptive and disappointing; I used to think that Anker had reasonable quality at a good value. Even if the website description is updated to the correct value, the model number will confuse many shoppers into thinking that the battery has a 26,800 mAh capacity. How convenient for Anker.
Can charge my phone several times on a single charge
