  • Bad

Absolutely horrible, the ads completely break the show and it’s constantly freezing and when the ad loads it cuts audio from the show and ad, if you’re gonna be a multi billion dollar industry at least provide an app such as one.

  • Bought a year of ad-free content. They added ads.

I prepaid for a year of Prime with ad-free access to Prime original content. They added ads in the middle of that and then demanded I pay more for ad-free services. Bait and switch.

  • Took Away Autoplay of Next Episode

Update is horrible. At the end of an episode, it no longer autoplays the next episode. I have to go back to the list of episodes and choose to play the next one. Come on, Amazon. Over at Netflix, they have this feature because I’m pretty sure they want you to keep watching. Kinda the whole point of this app, guys…

  • The audacity “There’s been a change to Prime”

We pay you for an agreed upon service at the time we sign up. If we do something you consider outside of you guidelines we get punished as consumers. Yet you can just “make a change” and have advertisements added even though I already pay for the subscription service, and now I have to pay more to remove ads that already shouldn’t be there? Shameful, enough to just stop using Amazon services all together.

  • Fix your Rewind and Play from Beginning Buttons

There is great content to be watched. The biggest obstacle is playing a video back if it’s already been watched. Make a better option to start over again.

This is the biggest detriment to me watching the anticipated shows on Prime Video. What a shame 😑
