Cider is an affordable clothing store with good quality and a wide range of options to choose from. Shipping can take longer than expected, and customer service can be unreliable at times. However, many customers are satisfied with their purchases and love the diversity of models on the website.

My order has been "processing" for 2 weeks now. Haven't received anything or an update.
I when I placed my order it said the items were in stock. Now it says the items are pre order and will be available may 8th. It's may 10th
I was looking through insta and I saw this and I thought they would never have cute clothes my style PLUS SIZE and. I am. Over joyed i have never been more satisfied with an app 10/10 đđ¤
Iâve seen plenty of ads of people praising this app. But they are not clear on their shipping timeline. They claim they do not guarantee any of the shipping dates they show. Also, the user interface for the customer service chat is horrendous (along with the customer service itself). Do not waste your time & money on this app.
I was really excited to shop with Cider for the first time but I never received my order. Iâve tried to follow up with customer service and the shipping company to recover my items and Iâve only gotten automated responses or a runaround. Really bad experience and I will not be ordering again.
You get what you order and itâs not even like crappy or anything. I literally love cider sm I even get excited when I see ads for it because âomg thatâs my fav shopping app!!â I bought my favorite pair of pants from cider, my favorite claw clip, and a SUPER comfortable pair of slacks. I donât even have any like, constructive criticism I fr love this app.
Customer service portion is glitchy and messages appear randomly and out of order
