Export Keywords
1 min read - Updated on Oct 09, 2025Exporting keywords in Kimola lets you download them in Excel format. This makes it easy to back up your list, collaborate with teammates, or refine your strategy.
Why Export Keywords
Instead of keeping your keyword list only inside Kimola, exporting gives you control outside the platform. You can:
- Review and edit your keywords more easily in bulk.
- Share them with stakeholders without requiring Kimola access.
- Keep a permanent copy for documentation or auditing purposes.
Getting Ready
Sign in to Kimola account, open the Feeds menu, select a feed, and go to Keywords. Then click the Export button in the top right to download all keywords.
What’s in the Exported File
The exported Excel file contains a single sheet named Keywords with the following columns:
- Keyword Name — the keyword text tracked in the feed
- Must Include — comma-separated include (+) terms, if any
- Must Exclude — comma-separated exclude (–) terms, if any
Exporting keywords keeps your list safe, shareable, and ready to use in Excel or other tools.
