How Can You Create An Alert?

Alerts come to your aid when there is a crisis with your brand or when there are terms you particularly want to follow.

How can you create a new alert?

Firstly: You can only create your mailing for your audience within our Analytics product.

  1. Login to https://kimola.com/sign-in with your email and password
  2. Go to https://analytics.kimola.com
  3. Click Audiences on the left frame
  4. Click your audience
  5. Click Alerts
  6. Click "Create An Alert!" button

 

You can create 3 different type of alerts according to your need:

  1. Contains Keywords: When mentions contain that you want to track for a special situation. 
  2. Total Volume Increase: When the total number of mentions hits a number.
  3. Influencer Involment: When a social media user with more than a specific number of followers mentions.
